The consultations studies and training center was established in 2007 under name partnership societal center with view at serving the local community for its focal role in establishing links of true partnership with its private and public sectors. This was also to achieve its goals represented by the development of the community through its various programs, training, research and study to meet the local needs in all fields and walks of life. This is done by expertise from the university and the local community who contribute to achieving comprehensive development and real partnership with the community.
