College Overview

The College of Business at Tafila Technical University is recognized as one of the leading academic pillars contributing effectively to the advancement of higher education and the preparation of qualified professionals in various fields of business. The College adopts a modern educational vision aimed at graduating competent individuals equipped with a balanced combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, enabling them to keep pace with the rapid developments in the business environment and to meet the demands of the labor market at both the local and regional levels.

The College of Business was established following the Royal Decree for the establishment of Tafila Technical University in January 2005. Since its inception, it has served as an active academic hub for the development of education in the fields of management, economics, and accounting. The College comprises three main academic departments: the Department of Accounting, the Department of Business Administration, and the Department of Business Economics. These departments operate in an integrated manner to offer distinguished academic programs that meet students’ needs and support their future career aspirations.

The College is supported by a distinguished faculty of approximately 40 academic staff members representing various academic ranks, who bring diverse teaching and research expertise. They contribute to fostering a stimulating learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and analytical decision-making skills among students.
