Director

The Presidency Directorate serves as the central communication hub between the University Presidency and all internal and external stakeholders. It plays a vital role in organizing and managing presidential operations in accordance with the highest standards of institutional efficiency. Its responsibilities include managing data, information, and documentation, as well as handling incoming and outgoing communications and correspondence. The office ensures proper registration, distribution, archiving, and documentation—both electronically and in hard copy—to guarantee accuracy and workflow continuity.

The office is also responsible for preparing official letters, memoranda, and decisions issued by the University President and the relevant councils, and for following up on their implementation efficiently and effectively, thereby enhancing institutional performance.
