The Programming and Database Administration Division is responsible for designing, analyzing, and programming computer systems required by the university’s colleges, departments, and centers to support both administrative and academic functions, keeping pace with technological advancement, and enhancing the university’s standing among national and international universities.
The division develops and maintains the university’s website and online services, providing digital services to faculty, staff, and students according to their needs, and continuously updating the site to reflect technological developments.

Full digitization of manual systems across colleges, departments, and centers, creating interconnected systems when needed, in line with the university’s identity as a technological institution.

1 – Admissions and Registration System:
Includes subsystems to manage administrative and academic processes for students and provides the student portal for electronic registration.
2 – Human Resources System:
Includes subsystems that facilitate the management of university staff processes for both academic and administrative members.
3 – Financial Systems:
Includes subsystems for revenue, expenses, savings fund, checks, electronic payments, and more, serving staff and students. Integration with e-fawateercom and banking services ensures electronic payment functionality.
4 – Student Services System:
Includes subsystems for student identification cards, certificates of conduct, scholarships, and other administrative services provided to students.
5 – Supplies and Inventory System:
Digitization of university inventory management, tracking material in and out, and personal custodial items.
6 – University Clinic System:
Facilitates clinic operations, including medical records, laboratory, and pharmacy management.
7 – Smart Campus Gate Systems:
Management and monitoring of campus entrances electronically.
8 – Attendance Monitoring Systems:
Systems to track employee attendance, auditing records, and automatic deductions.
9 – Mail Archiving Systems:
For the central office and all colleges, departments, and centers.
10 – University Live Broadcast System:
Broadcasting the university radio via the website.

Development, continuous updating, and addition of sub-sites, including the JJEE scientific journal website.
