The Division is responsible for all maintenance and technical support activities related to computers and their peripherals, including printers, scanners, and projectors, ensuring their proper operation across all University facilities. It also oversees the installation of necessary software to guarantee that all devices function efficiently and effectively.

- Reviewing tenders related to the procurement, installation, and operation of computer equipment and peripherals.
- Receiving, assembling, and configuring devices and related equipment for operational readiness.
- Planning and executing routine and preventive maintenance for hardware and system software, while providing ongoing technical support.
- Ensuring that all user devices are properly connected to the University’s information network in coordination with the Networks Division.
- Responding promptly to emergency malfunctions and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Monitoring maintenance contracts and ensuring compliance by service providers.
