Department Overview
The Department of Curriculum and Instruction has been operating since the establishment of Tafila Technical University as one of its pioneering academic departments dedicated to preparing qualified educational professionals. The Department aims to prepare teachers and educational supervisors to meet the needs of educational institutions in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan through high-quality academic programs that contribute to the development of the professional and academic competencies of those working in the educational field.

The Department places particular emphasis on scientific research aimed at improving and advancing the educational process. It also contributes to serving the community by organizing seminars and educational activities, as well as participating in the development of curricula across different levels of general and higher education.

The Department offers a range of academic programs, including a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Classroom Teacher), a Higher Diploma in Education, a Higher Diploma in Instructional Technology, and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
