Mission
The Deanship of Student Affairs is dedicated to developing well-balanced university students who enjoy sound psychological, physical, and intellectual well-being, and who are equipped with knowledge and skills to face life’s challenges with confidence and competence. This is achieved through providing a safe, supportive, and stimulating university environment, alongside offering comprehensive resources and opportunities that encourage creativity, excellence, and active participation in social, cultural, artistic, and athletic activities, ultimately contributing to the holistic development of students’ personalities.
Objectives and Goals
The Deanship of Student Affairs works toward achieving a set of strategic objectives aimed at enhancing student development and strengthening their societal role, including:

Promoting values of loyalty and belonging among students toward their University, homeland, and leadership, through organizing and participating in national and social events that reinforce these principles.

Adopting a collaborative and open approach with civil society institutions to design and implement impactful student-centered programs, aligned with the Deanship’s strategic plan and enhancing integration across its administrative units.

Strengthening the relationship between the University and the local community through organized visits and joint activities in cultural, social, and sports fields, fostering meaningful engagement and community presence.

Supporting students in addressing challenges and difficulties they may encounter both within and outside the University, through qualified and well-trained staff who apply constructive educational approaches aimed at empowerment and personal growth.

Nurturing and developing students’ creative talents by organizing specialized training programs, exhibitions, and forums that showcase their achievements, in addition to hosting diverse extracurricular activities within the University campus, encouraging interaction and exchange among students of public universities and enriching their overall academic experience.
