Mission
The Office is committed to attracting, developing, and effectively managing international projects and programs through building strong and impactful partnerships with reputable academic and research institutions at the local, regional, and global levels. It seeks to empower and motivate academic and administrative staff to actively participate in international initiatives, while expanding academic mobility opportunities for students, faculty, and staff. Through these efforts, the Office aims to enhance the quality of education and scientific research, foster a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and creativity, and promote meaningful engagement within an increasingly interconnected and multicultural world.

Functions

  • Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with international donors and funding agencies to support capacity-building, innovation, and entrepreneurship projects.
  • Expand collaboration with local, regional, and international universities and research institutions to enhance educational quality, advance research output, and elevate the University’s global standing.
  • Promote and support academic mobility programs, encouraging active participation of students, faculty, and administrative staff in international opportunities and exchanges.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of international projects in coordination with partners and funding bodies, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and the achievement of intended outcomes.
  • Develop, negotiate, and formalize agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with universities, research centers, and international organizations to foster long-term academic and research collaboration.
