The International Relations and Projects Office at Tafila Technical University serves as the primary liaison between the University and local, regional, and international academic and research institutions. It plays a pivotal role in enhancing the University’s global presence and supporting its strategic direction toward internationalization and openness.

The Office is committed to developing strategic partnerships with universities and international organizations, activating academic cooperation agreements, and implementing mobility programs for students and faculty members under initiatives such as Erasmus+, DAAD, and other international funding schemes. These efforts contribute to improving the quality of education and scientific research, while strengthening institutional capacity.

In addition, the Office undertakes a central role in managing and coordinating internationally funded projects. Its responsibilities span all stages of the project lifecycle, including proposal development, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with the University’s national priorities and strategic plans.

Furthermore, the Office works to expand opportunities for students and academic and administrative staff to participate in international programs. It also organizes academic visits, international weeks, and workshops that foster skills development, knowledge exchange, intercultural understanding, and support sustainable development and community engagement.
