Official Announcement: University Proficiency Exam

For Prospective Graduates – Spring & Summer Semesters (Academic Year 2025/2026)

Notice is hereby given that the University Proficiency Exam for students anticipated to graduate during the Spring (Second) and Summer semesters of the academic year 2025/2026 will be administered across all disciplines on Monday, May 4, 2026, between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.

Candidates are strictly mandated to adhere to the following directives:

• Punctuality & Scheduling: Students must report to their designated venues at the specified times, as detailed in the official lists posted on the respective faculty notice boards.

• Identification: Presentation of a valid University Identification Card is a prerequisite for entry.

• Prohibited Items: The possession of mobile phones and calculators within the examination halls is strictly forbidden.

Crucial Notice regarding Graduation Eligibility: Completion of this examination is a statutory requirement for graduation. In accordance with the resolutions of the Ministry of Higher Education, failure to attend the examination will result in the suspension of graduation proceedings. Consequently, absentees will be ineligible to complete their clearance or receive their academic degree certificates.
