Faculties professional development become a real demand in the age of information revolution and the continuous development in technology .
As a result of that ( TTU ) established the F.D.C to provide faculties with the professional development to guarantee a good teaching quality .

F.D.C. Objectives
- To plan workshops to provide faculties with university policy and philosophy .
- To plan workshops to provide faculties with teaching assessment methodology, class management, and using internet and multimedia in teaching .
- To plan workshops in Research methodology .
- To promote and enhance e-learning .
- To evaluate faculties by students and self evaluation .
Activities:
- F.D.C held a workshop for faculties entitled “Comprehensive workshop in Computer “for 30 training hours .
- F.D.C held a workshop for faculties entitled “SPSS “for 30 training hours .
- Evaluation of faculties by their students.
