Tafila Technical University

Thank you for visiting the website of the Community Partnership Center (CPC) of Tafila Technical University. CPC, ever since its foundation, has worked to extend the resources of the university to all members of the region and community it serves. Though our research and outreach initiatives, we are helping people in Tafila - and beyond - plan and achieve a better future for themselves.

The mission of the Community Partnership Center is to link university resources with urban and rural grassroots community groups to understand and address the core problems facing low- and moderate- income communities.

We strive to create mutually respectful research and action partnerships that embody and promote equitable and democratic principles. We are committed to strengthening the capacity of both community and university partners to build healthy, flourishing communities. 

The core staff of the CPC includes the Director, two Program Coordinators, and a Secretary. We are supported by part-time Program Staff at the university’s faculties. In addition, the CPC collaborates with community partners, in all of our programs.
