This section aims at refining students' personalities through various educational, technical, and social activities. It also cares for students behavior and for raising the sense of responsibility among them. Additionally this section supervises:

1- Students' Councils and helps these councils to achieve their objectives.
2- Establishes  Students' clubs,  scouts, and discovers promising leaderships and supervises the university coral.
3- The discovery of talents among students and to extend any possible support to these talented students.
